Jane Girtz was born and raised in Spokane, WA. After high school she pursued a career in dentistry and eventually became an office manager for a local dentist. Working in the health care profession trained her to care for people and taught her how to focus on their concerns and needs. After 13 years of working in dentistry, she changed careers and was employed with a local engineering firm. She was an administrative assistant and personal secretary to the managing engineer for many years. Since her husband Jeff was a licensed realtor, she decided to join him in 1992 and Jane became a licensed real estate agent. She enjoyed working as a team knowing that they could assist their clientele more effectively. When health issues forced Jeff to retire, she teamed with Brooke Eaton in 2003 to carry on the real estate team concept. Jane says "There is not a greater reward than helping people achieve the American Dream of owning their own home". Whether you are a buyer or seller, she and Brooke will be actively involved throughout the buying and selling process until your transaction reaches a successful closing.
Brooke Eaton has lived in Spokane for 16 years and has a background in finance, sales and the medical field. Working as an EMS provider, you learn how to listen and care for others and that translates to customer care and service in other fields. After an injury forced her to change careers, Brooke listened when Jane said "You should get into real estate". "Being a realtor can be demanding and stressful but is so rewarding when you realize that you are helping people with what is usually the biggest purchase they will ever make, and I love it" Brooke says. "Working as a team allows us to work more effectively with our clients since we have different strengths and weaknesses. Additionally, since there are two of us, one of us is normally available and this increases our flexibility."
